The following warranty applies to all existing Embedit products, including the PiSoC, PiSoC+, PiSoC Inventor’s Kit, Circuit Playground Inventor’s Kit, and the Neopixel Matrix.

One Year Limited Warranty

Embedit hereby warrants to the customer that products delivered are in good working condition and free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

In the unlikely event that a product proves to be defective, Embedit will repair or replace the product free of charge, within one year from purchase. Except where prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is limited to repair or replacement only, is non-transferable and does not extend to any product damaged by misuse, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond Embedit’s control. The warranty does not cover or provide for the reimbursement or payment of incidental or consequential damage resulting from breach of the limited warranty described above. Except for the limited warranty described above we offer no other warranties expressed or implied, and other than limited warranty expressly contained herein, we hereby disclaim any and all warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, suitably or fitness for a particular purpose.
